( an adaptive program for all abilities )

Strength, movement & connection

Every Flow Limitless session is thoughtfully adapted to the individual. We move at each person's pace and focus on five areas that grow the body, the mind and a sense of belonging.

( our approach )

Progress through positive experiences

We believe real growth happens when training feels safe, encouraging and fun. Coaches lead with patience, celebrate small wins, and meet every participant exactly where they are — no experience required, ever.

“I’m a mom who has lived this. My son was diagnosed with autism at the age of 3 — Flow Limitless is the program I always wished we’d had.”

Boxing & Movement

Guided, low-pressure striking and movement games that improve coordination, balance and focus. Participants build body awareness one rep at a time, in a setting that's encouraging rather than competitive.

Fitness & Strength

Fun, achievable fitness that builds stamina, motor skills and healthy habits. Exercises are scaled to each person so everyone feels challenged, capable and successful by the end of every class.

Self-Defense Fundamentals

Simple, effective techniques taught in a safe and supportive environment. Beyond the skills themselves, participants gain a powerful sense of capability — knowing they can take care of themselves.

Self-Awareness & Body Control

Mindful movement: paying attention, breathing, and taking a pause when it is needed. Participants practice noticing how their body feels, one coach cue at a time, at their own pace.

Community & Connection

Above all, Flow Limitless is a community. We encourage social interaction, teamwork and friendship in a small, welcoming class.

( who it's for )

All abilities welcome

Flow Limitless was created for individuals of all abilities — and the families and caregivers who support them. If you've been looking for a place where your child or loved one is welcomed, understood and celebrated, you've found it.

  • Individuals with physical, developmental or sensory differences
  • Kids and teens ages 6–17, new to movement and sport
  • Anyone building confidence at their own pace
  • Families looking for a supportive, inclusive community

Every family's path looks a little different. Read more on martial arts for kids with autism, jiu-jitsu for children with ADHD, and martial arts and activities for kids with Down syndrome — or read our Riverside adaptive martial arts checklist for choosing the right program.

( how every class works )

Adapted to the individual

Three principles guide every session, so each participant gets exactly what they need to thrive.

01

Small group sizes

Low coach-to-participant ratios mean individualized attention and a calmer, more comfortable environment.

02

Patient, trained coaches

Coaches experienced with all abilities adapt drills on the fly and lead with encouragement, never pressure.

03

Celebrating every win

We focus on positive experiences and progress — every effort is recognized and every victory matters.

( Thursdays · 4:15 PM · Indio )
