Frequently asked

Everything families usually want to know before that first Saturday.

When does Flow Limitless start?
Our first class opens in August 2026, meeting Saturdays at 11:00 AM. Families on the interest list hear first and get first pick of spots — join above and we'll take care of the rest.
Is the first class really free?
Yes. When we open in August, your introductory class is completely free with no obligation. Come experience it, meet the coaches and see if Flow Limitless feels like the right fit.
Who is this program for?
Flow Limitless is an adaptive program designed for individuals of all abilities — including those with physical, developmental or sensory differences. Sessions are tailored to each participant, so everyone has a place here.
Does my child need any experience?
None at all. Most participants are brand new to movement and sport. Our trained coaches start with the basics and move at a pace that's comfortable for each person.
How big are the classes?
We keep class sizes small so every participant gets individualized attention in a calm, supportive environment. Because spots are limited, we ask families to reserve ahead.
Can I stay and watch?
Absolutely. Parents and caregivers are always welcome to stay, watch and be part of the experience. If it helps your child feel more comfortable, you're encouraged to.
What should we wear or bring?
Just comfortable clothes you can move in and a water bottle — no uniform or gear needed for your first class. See the Schedule page for the full rundown of what to expect.
My child has specific needs — can you accommodate?
Very likely, yes. Reach out before class and share what would help your child feel comfortable. We'll talk it through and build a plan together so the first visit goes smoothly.
Do you offer martial arts for children with autism?
Yes. Flow Limitless is built for kids with autism and other special needs. Our coaches adapt each session to your child's sensory and communication needs, using clear routines, patient pacing and plenty of encouragement so the mat feels safe from the very first visit in Riverside.
Is there self-defense for special needs teens in Riverside?
Yes. We welcome youth ages 6–17 in Riverside, including special needs teens, and teach practical self-defense and confidence skills at a pace that fits each young person. Everything is adapted to the individual, so no prior experience is needed.
What activities do you have for kids with Down syndrome or ADHD?
Our adaptive martial arts sessions give kids with Down syndrome, ADHD and other special needs a fun, active way to build strength, coordination, focus and belonging. Small classes and individualized coaching mean every child can take part and feel successful.
