I’m Zaide — coach, founder, and a mom who has lived this.
My son is 19 now. He was diagnosed with autism at the age of 3, and for years I searched everywhere for activities that could help him grow — physically, socially, in every way. It was never easy to find.
Traditional martial arts can be overwhelming for kids like ours. When touch isn’t your thing, it can feel scary. And it’s genuinely hard to find coaches who know how to work with children with special needs.
Here’s what I’ve learned: you can’t hand our kids a fixed curriculum and expect them to fit into it. Every child is at their own level. So we don’t ask them to come to us — we meet them exactly where they are.
That’s why Flow Limitless exists. It’s the program I always wished we’d had.

Flow Limitless is $185 per month, month-to-month — no term contract, no prepay. Your first class is free, and households enrolling a second child get a discount. Saturdays at 11:00 AM, ages 6–17.
Flow Academy is an approved enrichment vendor with Mission Vista Academy, Excel Academy, and Elite Academic Academy. Charter and homeschool families can direct enrichment funds to Flow Limitless — ask your Education Specialist. If your school isn’t listed, we’ll help get it added.
We’re applying to become a Regional Center provider so families can put social-recreation funding toward Flow Limitless. Ask us for an update any time — and in the meantime, your service coordinator can tell you what your family’s plan allows.
We’re setting up the paperwork families need to use HSA or FSA funds for Flow Limitless. Ask us and we’ll let you know the moment it’s ready.
