I’m Zaide — coach, founder, and a mom who has lived this.
My son is 19 now. He was diagnosed with autism at the age of 3, and for years I searched everywhere for activities that could help him grow — physically, socially, in every way. It was never easy to find.
Traditional martial arts can be overwhelming for kids like ours. When touch isn’t your thing, it can feel scary. And it’s genuinely hard to find coaches who know how to work with children with special needs.
Here’s what I’ve learned: you can’t hand our kids a fixed curriculum and expect them to fit into it. Every child is at their own level. So we don’t ask them to come to us — we meet them exactly where they are.
That’s why Flow Limitless exists. It’s the program I always wished we’d had.

Flow Limitless meets every Thursday at Flow Academy BJJ Indio. All abilities welcome, no experience needed — and your first class is free.
Flow Limitless is coming to our Riverside academy in November 2026 — the same program, the same coaching, at Flow Academy BJJ on Indiana Avenue. We’ll announce the schedule the moment it’s set. Leave your name and you’ll be the first family we call.

Flow Limitless at Indio is $150 per month, month-to-month — no term contract, no prepay, and your first class is free. Ages 6–17, Thursdays 4:15–5:00 PM. 15% off for a second child in the same household.
A child with a disability is always welcome in our standard kids and youth classes at the standard price, with reasonable accommodations at no extra charge.
Flow Academy is an approved enrichment vendor with Mission Vista Academy, Excel Academy, and Elite Academic Academy. Charter and homeschool families can direct enrichment funds to Flow Limitless — ask your Education Specialist. If your school isn’t listed, we’ll help get it added.
We’re applying to become a Regional Center provider so families can put social-recreation funding toward Flow Limitless. Ask us for an update any time — and in the meantime, your service coordinator can tell you what your family’s plan allows. Families using Regional Center Self-Determination funds can pay with an itemised invoice today — ask us.
For HSA or FSA, we provide an itemised receipt. Eligibility is decided by your plan, usually with a letter of medical necessity from your own provider — that part is between your family and your plan.
